Before getting the most important part, the winner will be announced in March 2012, the intro to the dream home will be shown January 2, 1pm ET/PT during HGTV Dream Home special, but the photo gallery as well as the 360 degree virtual tour can be seen already now at HGTV.com/dreamhome.
Now, the most important part. The value of the prize is $2 million and it consists of HGTV Dream Home 2012, a 2012 GMC Terrain and $500,000 cash. The HGTV Dream Home is located in a perfect spot for outdoor fans, it's about 4000 square feet and has absolutely stunning mountain views.
